| Definitions: Music- Organized sound in time. Fundamental - The pitch from which a harmonic series is based. Partial - A harmonic of the fundamental. Interval - Distance between two notes. Whole Step - Two half steps. Half Step - Two notes adjacent to each other on the keyboard. Melodic - One note after another. Harmonic - Two or more notes at once. Enharmonic - A note that has more than one name. |
